Information you send us
If you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to send — usually your name, email address, and a description of your project. The form is delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes that submission under its own privacy terms before passing it to our inbox.
Information collected automatically
Our host, Cloudflare, records standard technical information for every visit — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this to identify individual visitors, and we do not build profiles from it.
Embedded video
Pages with showreels or project films load players from Vimeo. When a player loads, Vimeo may set its own cookies and collect viewing data under its privacy policy. We do not control that and do not receive it.
How we use it
We use what you send only to respond to your enquiry and, if we begin working together, to manage that relationship. Technical logs are used for security and to keep the site running. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs no analytics and sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The only cookies that may appear come from embedded Vimeo players, and only on the pages that contain them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful to an active or prospective working relationship, then deleted. Technical logs held by Cloudflare are retained for their standard periods.
Where your information goes
Our host (Cloudflare) and form provider (FormSubmit) operate internationally, so information you send may be processed on servers outside your country. Each provides safeguards for that transfer in its own terms.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email production@naughtyboys.ai and we will act on your request within a reasonable time.
